Email marketing is a credible, measureable way to keep a business in touch with a targeted audience. I build email campaigns for U.S. Dermatology Partners to reach targeted audiences and increase brand awareness.
I create email blasts targeting U.S. Dermatology's current and former patients in an on-going campaign to increase customer retention and engagement through personalization and skin care education. Each email is written and designed to remind patients of the necessity of having annual skin checks by a board certified dermatologist. Emails of these targeted campaigns have had an average open rate of 36%.
I also create monthly email campaigns announcing cosmetic specials which target the cosmetic clientele. Emails of these targeted campaigns have had an average open rate of 28%.
These emails were built using constant contact or solution reach – our patient engagement platform; each email implemented the use of HTML tables and inline CSS. Additionally, as 54% of all emails are now being opened on mobile platforms, the emails are mobile optimized.
